Room Coordinators

Room Coordinators are the communication line between those offices moving and the IHQ Move Team. The Room Coordinator assists with communicating, coordinating, and organizing the move within a department/ministry. More specifically, the Room Coordinators will perform the following tasks:

  • Assist in answering questions or funneling questions to the IHQ Move Team
  • Help label items in general use areas
  • Check out each office to make sure that things are properly labeled and that the boxes are counted and inventoried
  • Be present in your current work area the day of the move to communicate and coordinate with packers and movers
  • Request labels and moving supplies when deplenished
