IHQ Move Fast Facts

• Move Dates: December 11 - 15, 2006
• Moving Company: Fry-Wagner. Moving service include: packing, moving, unpacking, and computer equipment set-up.
• You will be interviewed by your Enrichment Group Leader to review your moving needs starting November 20, 2006.
• Optional information sessions and packing training will begin the week of Monday, November 27. Times and dates will be e-mailed to all staff.
• Packing supplies (boxes, labels) will be available no later than Monday, November 27. Supply locations will be e-mailed to all staff.
• Items moved by the moving company: books, papers, personal items, office supplies, computer equipment, specialized equipment, chair, telephone, and some office furniture (as approved).
• Items that you may want to move yourself or take home prior to the move: live plants and highly-valued breakable personal items.
